My excuse has been that I am sick. I need to listen to my body, but I also need that a little sweat sesh will probably help in the long run. And if it doesn’t, there are other great things I can be doing! I am finally not fitting in most of my clothes and I don’t want to buy new ones for a few weeks so it will hopefully be warm out. I want to be stoked with my progress when I hit those dressing rooms next month!
So focused on a flat tummy right now! I’m all about my abs.
