
Accept as many challenges as you believe you can achieve and push yourself for big change in February, when most people start slacking off again after NYR. I’m writing them all out and posting them in numerous places to keep them in my mind.
Remember, February is a shorter month - an excellent opportunity to dive in to some big change goals and get your head in the game for fitness by summer! We can do this.
